This lecture is part of the master course 'Computer Engineering'. It is a mandatory element of the major 'Hardware Desing/Chip Design'. The lectures introduces the properties of basic components (diodes, transistors, passives), their modelling, analogue simulation of circuits and the most important basic circuits. The lecture is held in German language.
